We were established in London in 1996 by Breda Reynolds, an experienced recruiter, who was awarded a Fellow Member of the IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) in 2007. Only 10% of recruiters within the industry receive such a prestigious accolade. This award is based on high recommendations from clients, high standards of professional service, the achievement of industry qualifications and length of service to the recruitment sector. The IRP is the professional recruitment body responsible for raising standards and education within the recruitment industry.

Due to our success in London, we have also opened an additional office in the very popular town of Tunbridge Wells in Kent, where we look forward to working with companies and candidates within this thriving local business community and surrounding areas.

our name..

Our company name was inspired by the name of a beautiful location, known as “The Meetings of the Waters” which is situated not far from the lovely village of Avoca, Co. Wicklow, in the South of Ireland. As the process of recruitment involves the meeting of people and water signifies change, this inspiration could not be more appropriate.
